This is a historic residence in down town Tallahassee. It is on Lafayette Park. We just put on a new roof and a brand new paint job . The new roof is life time with drip guard, chimney flashing, and the chimney top is solid copper. Back yard totally fenced, 113'x 55'. The attic is a large room that we put a floor in and started to make it into a usable upstairs room which a bathroom could be installed pretty easily. The house is very roomy . You can walk around the Lafayette Park neighborhood safely day and night. private back yard with 6 ft wood fence. Small storage building in back for lawn equipment. One large live oak in back yard plus a large toothache tree which attracts the giant swallowtail caterpillars .
