This is a historic residence in down town Tallahassee. It is on Lafayette Park. We just put on a new roof and a brand new paint job . The new roof is life time with drip guard, chimney flashing, and the chimney top is solid copper. Back yard totally fenced, 113'x 55'. You can walk around the Lafayette Park neighborhood safely day and night. private back yard with 6 ft wood fence. Small storage building in back for lawn equipment. One large live oak in back yard plus a large toothache tree which attracts the giant swallowtail caterpillars .
