Waterside Apartments offers comfortable one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as spacious two and three-bedroom townhouses. Each apartment building includes convenient on-site laundry facilities. The clubhouse features a refreshing swimming pool, a children's play structure, and a basketball court for residents to enjoy. Tenants are responsible only for Consumer electricity; all other utilities are covered by the landlord. We offer both month-to-month and one-year lease options. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two per unit. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 per pet, plus an additional $25 monthly fee per pet. Small dogs only.
