Can room up to two people. You can purchase a parking space in the unit's garage or use street parking. Please note - the unit does not come with a refrigerator. I was able to buy one for about $150 at the local habitat for humanity. I plan on taking mine with me so you will need to bring/buy one. I am open to selling mine. I will also be selling a queen sized air mattress if interested. I will be doing a viewing of the apartment this week with my landlord.
