Frazier Park is a beautiful and peaceful mountain town about 70 miles north of Los Angeles. It is a nature escapade with options for hiking, biking, nature walks, and stargazing. It is a very laid-back town with a semi-urban setting. Moksha Spiritual Center is a center for spiritual growth, health, and wellness. Future tenants are welcome to attend yoga, meditation and breathwork classes here free of charge. The building is located on a half-acre parcel of land. There is a lot of open space for relaxing, exercise, gardening, etc. This studio unit is idea for one occupant. We'd prefer a long term rental lease for 6 - 12 months. You will be splitting utilities with the owner (Water, Trash, Internet, Electricity, Gas). Your share would be $150. We have internet from Starlink which gives us at least 100mbps download speed and about 15 mbps upload speed. There will be a small fee of $30 per month for tenants with pet. No more than 1 pet is allowed. You should be gainfully employed with good credit, and preferably have income 2 - 3 times that of the rent. No smoking inside the unit.
