My fiance and I are looking for someone who would like to take over the lease for our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located right outside of Omaha in Bellevue, not too far from the Offutt Air Force Base. We are moving to be closer to family as we have a little one on the way. The apartment has served us well! It has a spacious, modern feel with large bedrooms and plenty of closet space. Washer and dryers are included in the unit. Both of the showers are spacious in each bathroom. There is an insulated private storage space off the porch. The apartments are pet friendly- they have pet waste bag stations around the property and are currently installing a dog park. There is a paved walking/bike riding trail that you can access right off the back yard. Nearby next to the clubhouse, there is an outdoor pool area that includes an electric fire pit and three electric grills for your use. The apartments are located near the Twin Creek shopping center which includes Bakers, Target, and the Marcus Twin Creek Theater right around the corner. We loved the location as it is nearby necessary groceries and shopping while still having privacy and space. Our lease currently ends on May 31st 2021. Our refundable deposit would become your deposit, so you would have no upfront fees and no deposit required. Basically, you'd be taking over our lease where we left off. You will even get our deposit refunded to you after the lease ends. There is a $15 application fee that we would be willing to cover. The charge for a pet is $25/month. You set up OPPD for electricity, but other utilities are paid through the apartment- usually $30-40 per month, depending on usage. Please message me if you are interested or have questions!
