No disqualifying criminal history. There is a onetime application fee, which is paid by the applicant(s) through Apartments dot com. All persons 18 years old or older will be added to the lease and are subject to background checks. No smoking or vaping indoors. Rental Insurance coverage will be required, with the landlord added to the policy as "Additional Interest" also known as "Interested Party". This policy will include Pet Coverage if applicable. Rental Term is negotiable: 3-month minimum. We operate on Month to Month contract with Rental Rate Lock for 12 months. Up to 2 pets OK (There may be a few Breed Restrictions) Pet Registration fees are $50 per pet. Each pet is an additional $150 per month to the rent. Each pet requires a $500 damage deposit. Refundable subject to damages incurred. There is a onetime Cleaning Fee of $250 due with pet registration. This fee covers both pets and is not billed per pet. This fee is nonrefundable. Copies of pet Vet records per pet will be necessary. All pets must be current with vaccinations. Cats are required to be spayed and/or neutered. Rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, fish tanks, birds and others are not allowed. Unauthorized pets and animals - we charge $50 each occurrence; require immediate removal of the animal and immediate payment for property damages.
