Zillow likes to double down on incorrect information. This house was purchased in 2001 and the data showing it sold in 2017 for $30,000 is inaccurate. I have asked Zillow to correct the information and reveal the source of incorrect info twice now. The first time they did but it appeared again and so far they've done nothing. Buyers and sellers be aware of Zillows obvious limitations.
