Walking distance to Hillhurst and Vermont Avenues and popular coffee shops and restaurants like Maru, All Time, Alcove, and Camel. Less than a mile from major hospitals including Hollywood Presbyterian, Children's Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente. Our ideal tenant is clean, quiet, and respectful. Interested in short-term rental (1-6 months, open to weekly rate or one-year lease on a case-by-case basis). Small dogs and cats are welcomed.
