My Fiance and I own the home and currently live on the upper floor, but are moving into our own space. The other two tenants live in the basement bedrooms with their own bath and living space, however you will occasionally see each other on the first floor. Both are great, friendly people who we've enjoyed living with. They are kind and easy to work and get along with! One guy and one girl. Parking is always available out front and the neighborhood is quiet and private. Located near Riverpoint shopping center, with trails/parks up and down the Platte river and Bear Creek within just a block or two!
