This house is definitely a charmer with a bunch of endearing features. There are definitely a few that stand out. The central air is so nice, especially in the hot summers! The wood flooring is a dream. So much easier to clean and maintain than carpet. The windows were replaced in 2007, which has made the home more efficient in both winter and summer. The home also has a newer hep filter, furnace, and water heater. The area is fantastic! It's close to shopping, public transportation, parks, and a recreation center. It's just a short drive to downtown Salt Lake City as well.
