Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit. -As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. - Utilities fee covers: Water, sewer, garbage, Wi-Fi, electricity. -Additional Fees & Responsibilities: Lawn care is billed at $150/month when applicable.
