We would love to host you in our Tiny Home, affectionately named "The Silly Lemon". The Silly Lemon is located in an upscale, quiet subdivision in South Macon, just mins away from I75 and 475, with and many restaurants and stores just a few miles away. With Smileys right around the corner, the Macon Airport less than 2 miles away, and Warner Robins AFB just 8 miles down the road, you have convenient access to many popular area destinations. Choose from sleeping in the loft or on the convertible couch. You will find many space-saving features installed such as a moveable ladder, collapsible bar and barstools, and a pocket bathroom door. The kitchen boasts a full refrigerator, convection oven, double burner electric stove, microwave, full size coffee pot and toaster. Wifi and smart TV access are included. We have a focus on eco friendly features including a custom composting toilet, contained gray water storage and organic cleaning standards. Rental includes driveway parking, gated security into the home, access to a fenced backyard, which includes a deck and grilling area. Owner covers water/sewer, garbage and recycling pickup and electricity. Tenant will pay cost of Wifi as a monthly recurring fee. There is also a monthly recurring cleaning fee, which is due to the composting toilet. We will need to set up a convenient time with each tenant 1-2x per week to empty and maintenance this unit. Since the tiny home does not include a laundry room, we will provide optional laundry services within the main home which is adjacent to the tiny home. These details can be worked out and discussed separately with each tenant.
