Even on hot summer days, you can sit in the cool shade of a mature apricot tree and admire the roses, Japanese Maples, and charming adobe walls. The bricked front portal welcomes you home each time you return and acts as the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Inside, the fully furnished house is both bright and peaceful, with an open and well-equipped kitchen, cozy living space and TV, and welcoming dining table for nights you prefer to eat in. The house has mini-split AC units throughout and warm heated floors when you need them. Both the master bedroom (king bed) and the second room (queen bed) feel like their own little suites: they each have their own bathroom and outside access, as well as wall-mounted TVs for private viewing. 4 adults can comfortably stay, and small dogs are also welcome. The courtyard is fully fenced and the home is just across the street from the paths along the Santa Fe River, so our canine guests will be just as happy with their stay as their humans are. Rent is $3,985/month with 1 year lease. Monthly (31 days) rent is $4,350/month low season (October - April). High season (May - September) rent is $4,850/month. Includes all utilities and any fees, such as water and trash pickup. Stay's-end cleaning fee is $400. Off street parking for 2 vehicles behind motorized gate. No smoking in home. Small dog permitted, 2 dogs or 1 larger dog with advance permission only. Renter responsible for maintaining premises in neat and tidy condition, placing trash and recycle bins streetside for Monday am pickup. Disclosure of firearms and their safe storage requested.
