This house is directly across the street from Greenville University and only four blocks from the Town Square. The main structure was built in 1870 along with Hogue Hall. A substantial addition in 1997 puts a lot of house under roof! The entire place was power washed and scrubbed by hand, then the brick was treated and painted Summer of 2022 - this was after the foundation and structure was redone on the front porch. New roof on the Second Story six or seven years ago/ along with a new water heater. More to come!
