Update: We will leave our security deposit with the unit! Looking to sublease OR have someone start a new lease for my unit sometime around October 1st. I love this apartment, but I just took a job in Madison. River s Edge Apartments has direct access to the Black River with boat slips available for rent. Subleasing my apartment would mean you can inherit my garage if you d like for an extra $58 per month. Usually there is a 2+ month waitlist. You would have the option of taking over my lease (3 months left, through end of Dec with option to renew) or signing a completely new lease of 6, 9, or 12 months. Security deposit is only $500. Extremely pet friendly for cats and dogs of any size, although I do not currently have any pets here. The unit is on the 3rd floor and shares no walls with anyone else, as there are stairwells on either side. I ve never heard anyone come up or down the stairs. There are laundry machines on every floor, which have been open every single time I ve needed them. Utilities included except internet and electricity which usually come out to about $80-90 total. Willing to be flexible on start date - could split first months rent with you if you aren t available to move in until mid-month.
