Do not sign any paperwork or give them any money. They show up to the open house, say they forgot the keys, ask for deposit check and that's the last you'll ever see of them. We are only on Zillow. There is a private backyard that is gated and fenced with a large amount of parking off street. There is an old garage that is good for storage just not cars. Quick access to schools and shopping. It has heating and air conditioning. Our tenants are responsible for all utilities; gas, electric and water. Those fees depend on your usage, the previous page's example range are just that, your usage will dictate your bills. No smoking, no illicit drug use and please respect our neighbors for noise in the evening and weekends. We have a good relationship with them.
