A new metal roof and solar panels were installed in addition to a whole home generator and gorgeous heated in-ground pool. Notable features are operable shutters, Bevolo gas lanterns, and a covered veranda overlooking the pristine fenced in yard and pool. Declared a Historic Home by the Covington Heritage Foundation and a member of The Live Oak Society, 403 S.
