500 sq ft is adobe construction.. concrete block add-ons. Unlikely to qualify for conventional financing due to state of property and adobe construction. The adobe part is much older than 1980, more than likely build in the 1920s. Took a closer look at it when taking photos, the add-on at the back appears to be an apartment, but looks as tho' it needs to be totally torn down, This place needs a LOT of work.
