Additionally, it is in the beautiful downtown Valparaiso and close to the University of Valparaiso. As you walk in, you have access to your deck area. There's always street parking for at least two vehicles. The apartment is a smoke and pet free home. Tenant pays electricity, which averages $125 monthly. This unit is to be lived by a maximum of 4 individuals. Each adult is required to submit a credit check (we use Zillow). Due to COVID, we are doing a prescreening to support addressing COVID exposure. Each adult that would live in the unit can fill out the free online application form.
