All over run with cockroaches, septic system plagued with tree roots issues, cabins all need new roofs, some have rotten beams on outer edge of roofs. This hill has Historical values being part of the 1800's land grant to PB Reading. It was the first site of anything now known to be Redding, having a stage stop as well as Pony Express station, hotel, school, cemetary somewhere undisclosed to us, and long ago a tribe of Wintu Natives lived on this hill. There is a green zone behind us along the hillside as well. Mr Dionne has never wanted the City of Redding to own this property as they will doze it down not caring for the historical aspect of it all. There is an awesome view of Mt Shasta and Lassen from the property as well.
