    This home has been added onto over the years and the latest 1500 sqft addition upstairs and a complete remodel downstairs makes this our dream home. We have 5 heated spaces for cars and 1 other space for storage along with a storage shed. I have added over 1000 sqft of deck and a waterfall and stream along with extensive landscaping and a new wooden fence over the past few years. Neighborhood Description This is an old fashioned neighborhood where most of the neighbors help each other when someone is in need. All of us get together around a firepit on summer nights to roast marshmellows, make smores, play card games, volleyball- etc. One of our neighbors grows grapes and in the fall, most of us help him to pick and stomp the grapes so he can make wine. There is no HOA which means there is no committee of little old ladies who tell their neighbors how to live their lives. When the road needs fixed, we all get together and pay for the maintenance. We shovel each others drives in heavy snow storms. We irrigate our land and all of us help to clean out the ditch each year and share the water. We have a huge amount of wildlife living all around us- there is a family of 7 red foxes living in the ditch right in front of my office window and about 9 resident deer. We have wonderfuil views of the Flatirons and the mountains along with a huge number of trees.
