Our clean and updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single-family home with large yard is in a fantastic centrally located neighborhood. Walking trails right from your front door, kayaks and paddle boards available for use to renter. Just a really great place all-around. House is obviously fully furnished in the kitchen is well stocked with every appliance known to mankind. We are travelling for the months of June and July and we are looking for renters during those two months. We are looking for a month-to-month or full summer rental of one or two bedrooms. All utilities are covered. No fees other than refundable deposit. Will use deposit toward cleaning costs if not clean upon your departure. We will be coming and going throughout the summer and we have two extra bedrooms that we will be renting out. Each bedroom is $1500 and it includes everything.
