This was a former display home if 1970 Rehabbers bought and classic example of putting lipstick on a pig. Basement leaks and has a non functioning sump pump. Home had a cosmetic makeover. Still needs structural work to the foundation, there’s hail damage on the siding, if the window screens are gone, that’s the reason why. There’s no insulation over the kitchen, and mold in the attic over the master bedroom when the roof leaked. Get a very thorough inspection!
