The downstairs room features a comfortable hybrid pillow-top bed, smart-lock entry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and space to work or unwind, with a private ensuite bathroom. Residents enjoy two full kitchens, on-site laundry, a screened sunroom, and comfortable shared living areas. Professionally managed and conveniently located near Downtown Decatur, MARTA connections, shopping, dining, and major Atlanta employment centers. Off-street parking may be available. Minimum stay is three months and there is no maximum limit to your stay. There are 7 parking spaces and two drive ways as we as street parking. No smoking at all is allowed in the property and all vaping, smoking needs to be done 25 feet from the building and cleaned up. The owner's cat lives on the premises but there are no other pets allowed. Trash is taken out on Thursdays, and there is a rotating schedule for trash pick up among members. Dishes cannot be left in the sink. There are no overnight guests allowed on the property.
