There is one house between this property and the beach, but the rest of the land is empty lots. Great ocean views! BEACH DOG RULES: Dogs are allowed on the beach on-leash during the offseason. Through the summer, specifically the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day, dogs are not allowed on the beach between the hours of 10am - 6pm. Permit Number: ZP24-00875 Entire home for guest use, including laundry area. ** Due to recent construction near the home, construction noise and obstructed views are a possibility at this time ** Please note we do have cameras on the exterior of the home, as well as a noise aware system that monitors noise decibel levels as a requirement from the city of Norfolk. These do NOT record conversation or have any cameras inside- these monitor only the sound levels only. We do also have a camera in the front and the back of the exterior of the home, as well as near the garbage containers on the side of the home. Rental Terms & Policies Inclusions & Requirements Monthly Cleaning: One cleaning per 30 days is required. Cleaning fee is included in the listed price (varies per property). Security Deposit: $500 per 30 days, capped at one month's rent. Utilities: Utilities, internet, and lawn care included (subject to a cap). Brokerage: All mid-term rentals are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Availability extends until the end of April. Lease Requirement All stays over 30 days require a signed lease brokered by Sojourn Realty. For insurance stay providers, leases are required for any length of stay. For all other guests, leases apply to stays of 90 days or more. Screening & Insurance Credit Check & Damage Insurance: Required for bookings of 30+ days. House Rules No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fee will be charged for violations.
