The bathroom was just rebuilt last month with marble tile floors new vanity and marble top and new toilet. The living room has a great craftsman style fireplace with a gas log insert and French windows above it. The dining room is just cool! Wall to wall buffet with a beautiful stained glass window above it. Beamed ceiling, period lighting and paneled walls. It looks like it belongs in a museum. The garden in front and back of the house is exceptional. It's like a trip to the Minnesota Arboretum. You can't see it now, but I guarantee that sleeping underneath that snow is a beautiful garden. There's a great three seasons screened porch in the back of the house that opens onto a very nice large private fenced backyard. A few details: No smoking in the house. No Cats. May consider small dog. (Less than 10 pounds) with references and additional deposit and pet rent. Background and credit check through Trans Union Credit Bureau is required.
