I lived in this house for 11 years and loved the privacy with the bordering foliage and it backs up to a utility easement so there is nobody behind you. Leaves, branches etc can be just tossed over the fence. No hauling. It is located at then end of a long oval loop so it is like living in a cul-de-sac with little drive by traffic. A town Park is just a 1/4 mile walk behind the house, and Syracuse's primary recreational area Onondaga Lake Park, are only 1 mile away. Syracuse University, the hospitals, and downtown are just a 12 minute drive. Tenant pays all utilities (gas/electric & water) including lawn mowing & snow plowing. Trash collection included in taxes. I prefer a two year lease, and would consider reducing the rent to $2700 for that. Neat, Non Smoking tenants Only. Pet fee required but negotiable. Existing tenant's lease expires July 19, 2025 so there might be a few day delay for clean up. Interested parties, please apply online through Zillow.
