Apartment has a lot of natural light, A/C unit (building does not have central air), ceiling fans in bedroom and kitchen, large closets, good size kitchen with stove that is 1-2 years old and pantry in the hallway, good water pressure, nice neighbors. Seems pretty insulated, rarely hear neighbors and I listen to music/TV at a pretty good volume. Great neighborhood - grocery stores and coffee shops all less than 10 minute walking. A lot of bars and restaurants and other things around - Music Box Theatre, Wrigley Field, Metro, etc. Irving Park Brown line and Addison Red Line are about 10-15 minutes walking, Ashland Bus is right around the corner (picks up at Southport and Irving Park). Montrose beach area is about a 20 minute walk, also close to Andersonville, Uptown, Lincoln Square, etc. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK INSIDE IF YOU COME TO CHECK OUT THE APT - NO EXCEPTIONS. Utilities not included in rent. 1 year lease. Cats are ok and no extra fee (sign pet addendum on lease) but must be neutered and litter box kept on tiles or something to prevent it from being directly on the wood floors. $250 move in fee. For security deposit, if your credit is over 700 it is 1/2 month rent ($575), under 700 is full month rent ($1150). Free street parking, only need a permit during cubs games and those can be obtained at the office for free.
