Hardwood in the upstairs living spaces and bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, laminate in the lower level. The owners used to live here, and there are nice owner touches like solar panels, custom bamboo cabinets, recessed lighting, an extra fridge in the laundry room, and lots of outlets. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis (we have a chihuahua here, currently). The fenced backyard has been perfect for gardening, and the 2-car garage has been wonderful for storage and for winter parking, though the street parking is pretty easy here, too. The neighbors are friendly and easygoing, and our next-door neighbors on both sides have been here for many years. We have been very comfortable here, just moving to be closer to family. 7 months: Taking over our lease at the current rate of $2750, with option to renew starting August 1, 2023. $500 move-in fee Water and trash pickup included in rent, all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant $25 fee per applicant for credit and background check. Landlord is seeking monthly income of at least 3x the rent and credit score of at least 650.
