Property Owner(s) may visit property at any time, with advanced notice to Renter (24-48 hour, unless mitigating circumstances). Renter should expect regular visits quarterly for Owner(s) to inspect property and/or perform maintenance. If there are any property issues, Renter shall inform Owner representative (Karissa) at the number provided to Renter.
