    What's special

    We are renting out our furnished, six bedroom home, as a one year lease. It is a lovely, spacious home, within ten minutes walking distance to downtown Pella. The house comes empty with full access to all storage spaces and the backyard shed. Please feel free to send a message with any questions regarding the property. This is a very spacious, six bedroom, home. It has two full bathrooms and a newly renovated 3/4 bathroom in the basement. The house features a 850 square foot open concept main level. Three bedrooms and one full bathroom on the mid level, three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the top level. There is also a 550 square foot basement that walks out to the garage and driveway. The basement has been recently renovated to be an efficiency apartment with a full kitchen that was used as a mother-in-law suite. Washer and Dryer will stay in the home. They are located in the basement bathroom. Leases will one year. Our home is open on August 1st. The rent is $2,600 per month. The utilities are paid by TENANT. The lawn and driveway care is the responsibility of the TENANT. The security deposit is $2600 ($2,200 refundable). $400 of the deposit will be held upon move-out for professional cleaning (home will be professionally cleaned prior to move in). Two pets, under 30 pounds each, will be allowed with a pet addendum and an additional $500 (refundable) deposit per animal. The security deposit, first months rent, and any applicable pet deposits are due upon signing a lease. Also, upon signing of the lease we require proof of 12 months of paid rental insurance with a personal liability limit of $500,000. Rent will be due on the first day of each month and will need to be sent via electronic funds transfer. Any fees associated with the transfer will be the responsibility of the tenant. If the owner acquires fees upon the transfer we will bill the tenant for those fees.
