We are selling our house in Lawrenceville. It is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. It has a wet basement. It needs some work but overall a decent house. The bathroom is freshly remodeled but still needs painted as of right now, backsplash needs added in the kitchen. We still have some work on the outside we will be doing, same with the inside. Roof is 9 years old, water heater is a couple years old, I have had the wiring replaced and updated fuse box. The refrigerator, stove, and 3 window units all stay with the house. I will get inside pictures when we get more done. We are asking $25,000.
