Calling all UNT Students. Why live with someone when you can rent this small 1/1 and sleep late and walk to UNT...its one block away! The unique unit is cozy and clean, with a ton of natural light. The courtyard is perfect for grilling. Rent is only $650 because of the size...so if you like tiny houses and you are efficient with your space, this is the place for you. We do love pets, but unfortunately do not accept them at this property...not even the fishesss. For fastest results, calling is best as we are still a little slow to respond to emails.
