Our beautiful 1500 square foot unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a deck, patio, home gym, fully furnished living space, washer/dryer and 2 car garage. You would be living with a couple, and one other person. This room comes with a garage spot for parking which is hard to find in Hermosa! We have been living here for 4 years, have great landlords and are easy to get along with. In our free time we like to play beach volleyball, ride bikes on the strand, go for drinks and host friends for dinner parties/game nights. I love sports and we have a dream setup in our living room to watch with 3 mounted TVs! My girlfriend and I are both teachers so are gone Monday-Friday working normal hours.
