I am renting a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house in Columbia Tusculum. 1400 sqft house. Living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath on 1st floor. 3 bedrooms and full bathroom on 2nd floor. Fenced in backyard with deck, patio, and small grass area. Some patio furniture remains from previous tenants, will remove upon request. Basement has W/D hookups. New HWH, furnace, roof and gutter system August 2026. Freshly painted and professionally cleaned. Ready for lease Sept. 1st 2026. Year lease preferred, will consider 6-9mo. Rent is $2300/month. Security deposit is 1 month rent. Both would be due upon signing of the lease, and on the 1st of the month thereafter. Please contact me with any questions, text or call. Renter is responsible for water, electric, gas, and trash removal. Renter is also responsible for care of the yard including cutting the grass and snow removal. Usual lease terms are for 1 year, but I am open to 6-9mo as well. Pets are negotiable, no cats, but dogs might be allowed dependent on size and/or temperament, there will be an additional renters fee associated with pets per month.
