New HWH, furnace, roof and gutter system August 2026. Freshly painted and professionally cleaned. Ready for lease Sept. 1st 2026. Year lease preferred, will consider 6-9mo. Rent is $2300/month. Security deposit is 1 month rent. Both would be due upon signing of the lease, and on the 1st of the month thereafter. Please contact me with any questions, text or call. Renter is responsible for water, electric, gas, and trash removal. Renter is also responsible for care of the yard including cutting the grass and snow removal. Pets are negotiable, no cats, but dogs might be allowed dependent on size and/or temperament, there will be an additional renters fee associated with pets per month.
