We are looking for a tenant or two tenants to take over our lease at the Tivoli Apartments (which goes until July 10, 2016). We are an end unit on the second floor of the Tivoli Apartments. The apartment has a spacious living room and dining area with a balcony, a smaller kitchen with breakfast bar and ample cabinet space and a bedroom and master bedroom (with a walk-in closet leading to the bathroom). There is a nice pool with ample seating, which our second-floor apartment balcony overlooks. The Tivoli Apartments are in Harrison West and just a quick walk to the Short North, Goodale Park and Giant Eagle. There is a large and friendly dog park just next door and easy access onto the highway to get where you need to go fast! We are not requiring you pay the deposit (which we put down when signing the lease), so you will receive our deposit at the end of the lease term ($600). Rent includes trash/water/pet fee. Electricity, internet and cable are separate. Time Warner and AT&T are available cable/internet options. *The $100 sublease fee to sign the lease over will be paid for by me and my roommate.
