My apartment is the Bellemeade style (760 sq ft.). I have an in-unit washer and dryer and would be willing to negotiate a price for those if interested. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Greenway at Fisher Park apartments, starting 1/1/17 (or later) - 5/1/17. You get to take over the lease at the original price I received, $934. This is significantly cheaper than the price they are offering now and then you will have the opportunity to renew the lease in May. Also, I have already paid the $400 security deposit and $300 admin fee on the unit so those fees will be waived as well. All that is required of the new tenant is a $50 application fee and the lease will be signed over to the new tenant and managed through Greenway at Fisher Park.
