The apartment is a great two bedroom with one larger bedroom in front and one smaller bedroom/office in back, and one bath with a large floor plan, nice floors, new appliances (to be added), large common room, and a shared porch in front. Further, management is very responsive so ditch/avoid the slumlords.... Note the images go in the order from the entry door, to the back bedroom, to the bedroom, to the kitchen and common area to the larger front bedroom in order for an idea of the layout. The area is a stone throw away from University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, and the Vidas Athletic Complex.
