It is a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with walk in closets, upgraded kitchen, wood fireplace, laundry in unit, large deck and more. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is pet friendly. Move in would be around December 1st but that date is flexible and we would be willing to pay December rent. I will also transfer the security deposit. The lease officially ends February 28th, 2018 and you will be able to decide if you would like to stay longer or leave at that point. Rent is $1,135 per month and this includes water. The complex is nice and quiet, our building is great! The leasing people are very helpful and we have enjoyed our time here.
