Come live in the constant fear that the HOA will do what they please but there’s tons or nice amenities available. The people across the street one time jerked 2 10-13 year old boys off their bikes for popping wheelies in the ditch of an abandoned lot but they find it perfectly normal to park their stuff on the lot. Oh another time they stored my tools and mowers there for a person who robbed my house. The lady who robbed my house also lives down the road but don’t worry, HOOD COUNTY SHERRIFFS DEPARTMENT, can’t find Waldo in a Where’s Waldo Book so they tel me it’s a civil matter and take them to court.
