Needs a roof and the interior ceiling replaced. Other option is remove the current trailer and pull yours in to take advantage of the addition. This spacious home is located at the heart of the park, which allows easy access to tennis courts and the top golf area. The highlight of the home is the newly added addition which provides additional space for more comfort. The home comes fully furnished including 2 lazy boy chairs and an extra bed. The park is a Hawaiian get away, it has plenty of great ammenities such as, a community pool with jazuzi, boat ramp, beach, club house, library, and excerise area.
