Downstairs rental with tons of space and furnished! This will be a private room with a private bathroom upstairs. There is a second room that you can use for storage or an office. You will have a garage parking space as well as a private downstairs entrance to the back yard. The kitchen upstairs and laundry downstairs will be shared. Currently upstairs is occupied by myself and girlfriend along with our 3 cats. Rent does not include utilities but can be adjusted for base rent to include them in regular cost. The space features a walk-in closet and smaller closet adjacent to it for tons of room. Base rent is $950 plus 1/2 utilities or $1150 including all utilities. Utilities are split half and half. Shared space in living room if desired. If you have pets we will just separate them from ours (upstairs and downstairs). First month and security of 500 due upon signing. Lease minimum 12 months. No smoking indoors. Only maintenance required is just simply cleaning up after yourself and keeping your areas relatively neat.
