Welcome to our little slice of heaven in the rolling hills of Winters- sweeping views of nearby wine country, a beautiful pond & disc golf course for fun! We welcome you to roam and explore all 12+ acres. Feel free to try out the canoe or paddle boat on the pond, birdwatch, enjoy local hiking spots/points of interest like Lake Solano, & Lake Berryessa. Winters is 10 minutes away and has wonderful restaurants and wine bars featuring local fare. The unit is a semi-attached cottage w/private entrance. The suite is for your exclusive use and it should have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Outside of the home, you are welcome to explore anywhere on the property! You are welcome to visit the chickens or walk through the farming areas. If our orchard trees have fruit, feel free to pick some to eat. We live right next to the suite, and we are open to interacting as much or as little as you wish! This is our family home and we have school-aged children living here- we do our best to keep the property peaceful and quiet and ask for grace if our youngins are being chaotic. The unit has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There are two smart TVs in the unit already installed with streaming services. WiFi and all utilities are included. Laundry in your unit. Military with orders can break lease without penalty. There may be a pet fee depending on size, breed, and behavior.
