    Thank you for looking. We will have an open house on May 16 at 2pm. House will be available on or around July 1 depending on what work needs to be done after tenant moves out. I am renting this house on a quiet street in a great neighborhood (neighbors are awesome!). Open layout with a beautiful kitchen. Stainless appliances and hardwood floors throughout. Living room off of the entrance is in addition to the family room. HUGE very private fenced backyard and vaulted ceilings. Washer and dryer included in separate washroom with utility sink and vanity. The tiled mudroom from a separate entrance is great and right outside is a HOT and cold water faucet. Four-car driveway to the one-car garage (furnace and water heater in garage). Deck in back. Very kid-friendly!! TONS of storage throughout as well. The unit has stairs so is generally not accessible. In terms of screening, I will generally look at income as well as credit, criminal, employment, and housing history. The screening fee is up to $100 per adult on the application. Again, thanks for looking and have a good day! The pictures are not current but are close. I have a tenant in there now so will update the pictures soon. Utilities are not included and will be your responsibility (though I have a professional yard person come generally every week and as a landlord, I will cover the cost for garbage). Must have renters insurance. No smoking. No short-term sub-leasing (no Airbnb). We will have an open house in May. Applications will be available at the open house or after. House will be available on or around July 1 depending on what work needs to be done after tenant moves out.
