You have the entire first floor of two story structure. The 2nd floor, with separate entrance, is occupied by the owner. Three person maximum. REQUIRED: High credit score, large deposit, outstanding prior landlord references. AirBnB type references considered. If you are staying only one month, $11,500 is due on signing the lease. That's the first (and last) month's rent of $5,500 plus the $6,000 security deposit. If you're staying more than a month, an additional $5,500 is due before move in. That's the last month's rent. We really prefer tenants who stay awhile. In which case, after the initial month the lease automatically renews for one month at a time until either party gives thirty days notice of termination. Rent does not include housekeeping, but does include yard maintenance and utilities: Water, electricity, gas, trash and recycling, and a Google Fiber private "guest internet" that shares 500 MB with the Owner. This may not be enough for gaming. More bandwidth is available at the tenant's expense. Video programs (Roku, Amazon Prime, etc. ) are not included.
