We are not responsible for any injuries that take place on the property. 2) You agree to know and agree to the following fees: A) Late checkout: Any late check out without prior request AND approval, WILL result in a $50 fee starting, and an additional $50 for every half hour after. D) Parties are not permitted. 5) If guests are found to have a party/gathering/event without host permission, guests will be responsible for an extra 50$ charge per additional person on the premises over the maximum sleeping occupancy limit. 7) We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety. 8) You ensure you have a crime free record and wont carry any weapons on the property. 7) If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged. 8) A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund. 9) You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occurs. 10) If any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs 11) PARKING: Please prioritize parking on the driveway as the driveway is reserved for you, our Main Home guests, and free curb-side parking in front of the home will be used by our Guest Home guests. 12) Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are left unopened/unused. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 13) Please keep the home tidy and be respectful. Such as leaving shoes at the entrance, washing dishes, keeping the noise down past quiet hours of 10:00 PM. Thank you!
