This house has great bones. As my husband says, it was built by a “cabinet maker.” Walls/studs are 2x6 with extra insulation, roof has 3/4 inch plywood. Lots of space and storage. Walk-out basement with a secure door from upstairs so it can be rented out if you add a small kitchen. (In fact that’s why we aren’t “officially” listing it until June since we have a college student renting it. There’s a generous rec room, 2 bedrooms, and a small bathroom down there.) Great windows throughout the house with awesome views (all new windows in 2015-16). The property is amazing. Over a third of an acre on a quiet cul de sac close to downtown, high school, and the golf course/pool. New last year: washer and dryer, water softener, and dishwasher. New a few years ago: sump pump and radon mitigation system. Large composite deck leads to a concrete patio and then a big backyard with raised bed gardens, a shed, and lots of trees. It’s not totally ready to “show” but if someone is really interested we could show ya!
