I am the very first tenant in this very quiet first floor corner apartment with a lot of light, moving here 6 months ago. I lost my job recently and need someone to take over the remainder of the lease. I have excellent terms and spent a great deal of time picking this apartment for its location, quietness, and how much sunlight it gets. I have taken very good care of the apartment. The bedroom is isolated in corner as side wall is next to stairwell. So there is only one quiet student living above me that I never hear. The apartment has a large back patio, all new appliances, washer/dryer, light brown hardwood floors (except for the bedroom, large kitchen with marble counter tops. You will have access to a very nice pool, gym, massage room, media room, hiking path, billiards room, fire pits, outdoor grills. It is located near many shops and restaurants which you can easily walk to on a nice path, as well as the outlet malls and multiple breweries within less than a mile drive. I am selling many items that are nearly new if you want furniture. Ie. king size mattress with frame, comforter, 65in TV with wall mount, surround sound, rug, recliner, desk, kitchen equipment, etc. I will give a fair price. Deposit may be required based on credit check, but could be $0 (I paid no deposit). I will split the cost of transferring the lease, which I am guessing will not cost more than $50. Other fees for all amenities and Trash pick up at front door is $40 per month. Optional pets: non refundable deposit of $300 + $40 per month per pet. Possible deposit depending on credit check Optional garage / storage on site for an additional fee.
