Love this home, we have been living here for 13 years and have done nearly every update. We have replaced the roof, HVAC air unit, all water lines to pex, renovated both bathrooms, pained nearly every room recently, added an addition to the back of the house for storage and option for secondary upstairs waster/dryer, mini splits for each bed room upstairs for extra climate control comfort, tons of landscaping upgrades, new water heater. The kitchen could use updating but is in good condition. All in all, this house has been well cared for and is in a amazing location of town close to the parks and school.
