The lease will be a sublet under the operating head of household. Lease/sublease terms are flexible, under a landlord who is family, and can be set for six months or one year. Smoking inside the home is not permitted, though smokers and responsible/safe users of legal recreational drugs are welcome. This is a pet friendly household, and all of our pets are small, friendly, and safe. We would love to allow additional pets, but we simply have too many already.
